My summertime s’mores bars are decadent and delicious. Each bite is reminiscent of warm evenings around the campfire.
Summertime S'more Bars

Serves: 18 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup light brown sugar packed
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 5 full-size graham crackers roughly chopped (about 2 cups)
- 1 cup marshmallows
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spray an 8-by-8-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine butter, egg, brown sugar, vanilla and flour with a whisk until it becomes a thick batter.
- Remove whisk. Fold in graham crackers, marshmallows and chocolate chips with a spatula until well-combined.
- Pour into prepared baking pan and bake for about 20 minutes or until the bars have firmed and marshmallows turn golden brown.
- Allow bars to cool for up to an hour in the pan before slicing.
