Sesame Brussels Sprouts and Shitake Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp EVOO
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cups Brussels Sprouts, halved
- ½ cup shitake mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a large saute pan over medium-high heat, drizzle EVOO and sesame oil, and assemble halved brussels sprouts flat side down. Let them cook for 3 minutes before adding shiitake mushrooms on top of the brussels sprouts. Stir and drizzle soy sauce over the brussels sprouts and mushrooms.
- Saute for another 3 minutes. Remove from heat and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
- Enjoy!
