My Suateed Teriyaki Tofu is a healthy and delicious meat substitute for vegetarians, vegans, or those trying to cut back on their meat intake. It is incredibly simple to make and very flavorful. Serve with a vegetable stir fry, rice, or noodles.

Ingredients
- 1 block of extra firm tofu cut into 1-inch cubes
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ¼ cup of your favorite teriyaki sauce
- ⅛ cup chopped scallions
- Black sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Spray a medium-sized skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Heat pan on medium and add sesame oil.
- Carefully add tofu cubes and gently sauté until the sides begin to brown.
- Cook for about 12 minutes or until tofu is cooked as desired.
- Serve tofu on large serving plate.
- Drizzle teriyaki sauce liberally over tofu.
- Sprinkle tofu with scallions and black sesame seeds.
