Ingredients
- 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 2 cups purple cabbage, shredded
- ½ cup carrot, shredded
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced (green and white parts)
- 1 small package of ramen, *you can use any flavor, because this recipe only calls for the noodles
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, vegetable oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Toss in the shredded green and purple cabbage, carrot, and green onions.
- Take the dried ramen noodles (without the seasoning packet), and break them into small bite sizes pieces. Toss the noodle pieces into the slaw.
- Serve and enjoy!
