Ingredients
- Salad:
- 2 baked boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into slices
- ½ cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 head of chopped romaine lettuce
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ½ cup mandarin orange slices
- ¼ cup honey roasted slivered almonds
- ¼ cup sliced scallions
- ¼ cup crispy Chinese noodles
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
- Dressing:
- ½ cup teriyaki sauce
- ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- ½ tsp grated ginger
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together ingredients for dressing. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, coat warm chicken slices with teriyaki sauce. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, toss together remaining salad ingredients except sesame seeds.
- Toss chicken pieces with salad, making sure to drain excess teriyaki sauce.
- Serve salad on plates and drizzle with salad dressing.
- Sprinkle salad with sesame seeds.
