Ingredients
- Cake Ingredients:
- 2 & ½ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ t salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 & ¼ cups vegetable oil
- 1 & ½ cups sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 apples cored, peeled and sliced thin
- Glaze Topping:
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl (eggs, oil, vanilla).
- Combine and blend dry ingredients into wet, and then fold in sliced apples.
- Generously spray the bundt pan with non-stick spray and fill pan ¾ full.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick is clean.
- Melt and pour glaze topping over baked and cooled cakes.
