Israeli Corn Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups yellow corn kernels
- 1 small red bell pepper, finely chopped
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Mix in corn, red bell pepper, green onion, and dill.
- Chill and serve. Enjoy!
