My Gooey Oatmeal Peanut Butter Bars are deliciously decadent. Each bite is chewy, sweet and sinful with a slight crunch from the oatmeal crumble. They are perfect for any occasion.
Gooey Oatmeal Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2¼ cups quick cooking oatmeal
- 1½ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
- Grease a 9x13 baking pan.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, baking soda, oatmeal, flour & salt until it forms a crumbly mixture.
- Set aside about 1 cup.
- Press remaining crust into greased pan.
- Bake crust for about 12 minutes.
- While crust is baking, stir together the peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk in a medium bowl.
- Once crust has baked, evenly pour peanut butter filling over the baked crust.
- Evenly sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top of the peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk mixture.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until topping is light golden brown and allow to cool before cutting.
