Garlic Anise Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes
- 2 heads of garlic
- 6 tbsp EVOO
- 1 tbsp anise seeds
- Coarse sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Wash, dry, and slice potatoes (with skin) into ½ to ¾ inch wedges.
- Slice garlic into ⅓ inch slices.
- Toss potatoes, garlic, EVOO, anise seeds, and salt on baking sheet.
- Roast for 45 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Enjoy!
