The flavors of Italy are some of the best the world has to offer. My focaccia challah is made with a variety of classic Italian flavors including extra virgin olive oil, herbs and sundried tomatoes. If you close your eyes while taking your first bite of this bread, you will be convinced you are in a café somewhere in Italy enjoying focaccia fresh from the oven. All you need now is a hot bowl of pasta and a glass of Italian wine. Buon Appetito!
