1 cup chopped roasted deboned skinless chicken breast
1 can red kidney beans drained and rinsed
½ cup dry barley pearls
½ cup cherry tomatoes sliced in halves
5 cups vegetable broth
¼ cup barbeque sauce
¼ cup ketchup
3 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp chicken broth powder
6 whole eggs uncooked
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a large crockpot. Set on high and cook for six hours. Before serving, remove and peel eggs. Add peeled hard-boiled eggs to cholent and serve.
