Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red onion chopped finely
  • 4 cloves garlic whole
  • 1 cup roasted potatoes chopped into cubes
  • 1 cup chopped roasted deboned skinless chicken breast
  • 1 can red kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup dry barley pearls
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes sliced in halves
  • 5 cups vegetable broth
  • ¼ cup barbeque sauce
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 3 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp chicken broth powder
  • 6 whole eggs uncooked
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a large crockpot. Set on high and cook for six hours. Before serving, remove and peel eggs. Add peeled hard-boiled eggs to cholent and serve.
