Apricot Chicken
Total time
- 3 lb chicken, cut into eighths
- ½ cup apricot jam
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup white vinegar
- 1 package of onion soup mix
- ½ tsp pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together apricot jam, mayonnaise, vinegar, onion soup mix and pepper.
- Rinse chicken and place in a glass baking dish.
- Pour marinade evenly over the chicken and bake for one hour and fifteen minutes or until chicken falls off the bone.
