Apricot Chicken

Ingredients
  • 3 lb chicken, cut into eighths
  • ½ cup apricot jam
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup white vinegar
  • 1 package of onion soup mix
  • ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together apricot jam, mayonnaise, vinegar, onion soup mix and pepper.
  3. Rinse chicken and place in a glass baking dish.
  4. Pour marinade evenly over the chicken and bake for one hour and fifteen minutes or until chicken falls off the bone.
