Ingredients
- 3 cups white flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 1½ cups warm water
Instructions
- In a stand mixer, combine flour, salt, yeast, and warm water on medium speed until the dough comes together into a ball.
- Remove the bowl from the mixer and simply cover with plastic wrap.
- Leave the bowl on the kitchen counter and let the dough rise for 8 to 10 hours.
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Place a large Dutch oven in the pre-heated oven for five minutes.
- Remove Dutch oven and pour dough into the center of the Dutch oven. When you pour the dough into the center of the pot it will naturally make a ball shape.
- Cover the Dutch oven and bake for 25 minutes.
- Uncover the Dutch oven and let bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove bread with a spatula and serve with butter.
