Ingredients
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- ½ cup raw unsalted cashews
- ½ cup raw unsalted slivered almonds
- ½ cup raw unsalted hazelnuts
- ½ cup golden raisins
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup oil
- ½ tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat over to 350 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Pour onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, making sure mixture is evenly dispersed over the entire pan. Bake for about 20-30 minutes or until mixture turns golden brown.
- Allow to cool.
