Ingredients
- 2 slices whole wheat bread (or any sliced bread of choice)
- 2 slices of muenster cheese (or any sliced cheese of choice)
- 1 tbsp butter
- several slices of jalapeno or banana peppers (optional)
Instructions
- Toast slices of bread until slightly browned.
- Once toasted, spread each side of each slice of bread with butter.
- Place one slice down in a frying pan with heat on medium high.
- Place two slices of cheese on top side of bread slice.
- For an added kick, sprinkle jalapeno or banana pepper slices over the cheese.
- Cover cheese with second slice of bread.
- After about two minutes, flip the sandwich over in the pan.
- When both slices of bread have a dark brown color and the cheese begins to ooze out of the sides of the sandwich, then it is ready to be eaten. Enjoy.

What a great looking picture. I am having meatballs for dinner tonight, but i think i might change my mind. I like that you have the tomato soup in the background. What goes better with grilled cheese than tomato soup.
