Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red onion chopped finely
- 4 cloves garlic whole
- 1 cup roasted potatoes chopped into cubes
- 1 cup chopped roasted deboned skinless chicken breast
- 1 can red kidney beans drained and rinsed
- ½ cup dry barley pearls
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes sliced in halves
- 5 cups vegetable broth
- ¼ cup barbeque sauce
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 3 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp chicken broth powder
- 6 whole eggs uncooked
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a large crockpot. Set on high and cook for six hours. Before serving, remove and peel eggs. Add peeled hard-boiled eggs to cholent and serve.
