Ingredients
- 1 fresh baguette of choice
- ½ cup softened butter
- ¼ cup mayo
- 1 tbsp fresh minced garlic
- ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp fresh ground pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and prepare large baking sheet covered in foil.
- Slice baguette in half length-wise and set aside.
- In the bowl of a standup mixer with paddle attachment, combine butter, mayo and garlic on low until smooth and creamy.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined evenly.
- Use a spatula to evenly spread butter mixture evenly on both sides of baguette.
- Place both halves of baguette on prepared baking sheet and bake for about 12 minutes or until cheese has melted and begins to turn golden brown.
- Remove from oven and slice into individual portions as desired.
- Serve immediately.
