Ingredients
- 1 small pumpkin peeled, seeded and sliced into "fries" shaped strips
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place all ingredients in a large zip top bag.
- Seal bag and shake thoroughly to coat pumpkin strips in olive oil and spices.
- Place coated fries on baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes or until pumpkin fries are cooked completely (tender) and slightly crispy on the edges.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
