My Asian Slaw With a Kick is crunchy with a burst of delicious flavor. It is a perfect balance of sweet, salty and spicy. This recipe is easily adaptable – it can be served along side any main course or even as a main course salad with a filet of salmon or sliced boneless chicken breast on top. Feel free to toss in sliced avocado and noodles of your choice.
