Dill Tuna Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lbs pasta shells, boiled in salt water
- 4 cans tuna packed in oil, drained
- 4 celery stalks, finely chopped
- ½ medium red onion, finely chopped
- ⅔ cup frozen peas, thawed
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- Zest of one lemon
- Juice of one lemon
- ⅓ cup dill, finely chopped
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and most of the dill.
- Mix in the tuna, celery, onion, and peas.
- Finally, mix in the pasta shells and garnish with remaining dill.
- Enjoy cold or at room temperature.
