Ingredients
- 2 cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts chopped into small cubes (cooled or chilled)
- 1 apple cored and finely chopped with or without peel
- ¼ red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tsp chopped fresh sage
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well-combined.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
