Hello Jell-O! My sparkling Jell-O fruit cups are fun treats – as a snack, or for dessert. These cups were made for the 4th of July choosing red, white and blue fruits.

Ingredients
- 1 box of Jell-O mix
- Blueberries
- Pineapple
- Banana
- Strawberries
- Marshmallows
Instructions
- Mix your favorite flavor of Jell-O per the package instructions; however, use less water to help keep the Jell-O firm (fresh fruits naturally release water).
- In this recipe I used a raspberry Jell-O mix and filled ¼th of each cup with the Jell-O, then added some blueberries and placed in refrigerator for 2 hours to chill and harden.
- Melt marshmallows in a non stick pan, or you can also use marshmallow fluff and once cooled, add chopped pineapple and bananas and mix. This will be the "white" layer between blueberries and then top with strawberry slices.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
