Spicy Rubbed Ahi Tuna Steak

Ingredients
- 2 6-oz Sushi grade tuna teaks
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp course kosher salt
- 2 tbsp course ground pepper
- 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine cayenne pepper, kosher salt, pepper, and black and white sesame seeds.
- With your hands, coat both tuna steaks liberally, making sure to cover all sides.
- In a dry pan over medium-high heat, sear the tuna steaks for 2.5 minutes on each side so that the inside is pink.
- Remove from heat and serve. Enjoy!
