Growing up in an Argentine household, dulce de leche was something we always had in our pantry. Occasionally, when we wanted a very decadent treat, our mother used to make panqueque con dulce de leche. It was a little known fact that this was one of our Argentine grandmother’s specialities! Panqueque Con Dulce De Leche (Dulce De Leche Crepes)

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 can of Dulce De Leche (13.4 oz can)
- 1 stick of butter to grease pan
Instructions
- Whisk milk, eggs, flour, sugar, and salt together.
- Once combined, grease a small pan with butter and heat on medium-high heat.
- Pour ¼ cup of batter into pan and swirl around until evenly coated.
- Cook for approximately two minutes until golden brown and then flip and cook for another two minutes.
- Remove crepe from pan and repeat process with remaining crepe batter.
- To stuff the crepes, spread approximately 1 tbsp of dulce de leche on each crepe and roll up.
- Garnish with remaining dulce de leche and enjoy!
